Dear trudi,

. I'm obsessed about all your books. Can't wait for the prequel! I have a question, do you think you can tell me when the sequel of 'The Black Magician' will come out? I'm REALLY happy as the ending was nice and touching. I love the ideas for the prequel. All I can say is that I'm really eager to get hold of the 'The Magicain's Apprentice'. Ooh... I really liked the idea of you know who falling in love with you know who!! I'm so in love with the book that I even like character's names really, really much. You're really talented and I truly admire you with all my heart and soul. After reading books like Darren Shan, I read books by you and instantly noticed the huge difference in quality! Yours definitely the better one! Thanks to you , I can truly understand what it means to read a great novel. The High Lord is one of my favourites! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING !

Hi, my name is Chelsi, and I really enjoyed the Black Magician Trilogy. I was really upset by the ending, however, and could not stop crying!

I'm glad that a prequel will be following and can't wait until then.

Regards,

I'm from Estonia and the first book of the Black Magician's trilogy was released here in August 2007. You're book drew my attention the moment it was released, so my mom bought it and because I read quite quickly I managed to read through the first book spending a mere 6 hours of my time...then for my dismay, I found out that other books hadn't been translated into Estonian yet and there was only one copy of each of the following books left in the entire Tallinn (Estonia's capital). I raided the bookshops and managed to get my hold on these books.
I just want to thank you for writing so enticing books. I finished the trilogy within 3 days (today was my last day of reading and I was very shocked that a certain somebody, who was loved by a certain somebody, died at the end of the last book) and I'm looking forward to the other books.
Just in case somebody finds the last part in the bracket confusing - i didn't reveal the names of the characters, because I wasn't certain if everyone, who read this comment, have read the trilogy...I just didn't want to spoil the surprise and ruine the thrill of finding everything out yourself.

Let your imagination run wild and enthrall us with new and even more fascinating books.

Best wishes,
Karin

I am Hungarian, but I like to read English books on English, and until now Yours is the most easy to understand for me. I also find the stories of Your two trilogy very exciting, and I can't wait for Your new books to appear. You are my favorite contemporary writer, due to Your storytelling style, appealing characters and fascinating world.

Best to You, Cheers:
