A great loss to lovers of fantasy. His imagination was so incredible, his books full of twists and turns. Like Annastasia I was so looking forward to Book 12. My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends, he must have been fantastic to know – he comes across as someone with a lively mind and sharp wit. What a privilege it must have been to known him, I wish I did.

I’m so very sorry to hear of his passing, I have read many of his books and feel great sorrow for his family. His inspiration and imagination has blessed many people with great books that deliver you to bold and fantastic realms. To his family I say that he was a man loved by any who read his books and that I am so sorry for your loss. To lose a man like him is a great shame.
May his soul rejoin the wheel in peace and may his family be blessed under the light.

I don’t watch tv or read newspappers, I was surfinf the net trying to find out about some books, I’m a big SiFi reader. When I saw that Robert Jordan had passed away it was like someone punched me. My heart felt condolence to his family, losing Mr Jordan is the pitts, there’s no replacing him. May Robert forever shine in the light and ride the wheel of his dreams.

for someone who was introduced to the robert jordan series only recently… who gobbled up his eleven books in 3 months… for someone from India a far far away from his world… it is as if a whole world around me has been crushed…i hope his family or his fans wont let him be forgotten…there was only one R.J… and there wont be another….

i am sorry for the lose of such a great writer he will be greatly missed, i never read the papers and hate the news and so sadly never new of his demise until recently, i have been collecting the wheel of fortune books for a long time, eagerly antisapating each new book until it was released, MR Jordans unforgetable charicters are stay in my memory forever and i know i will always wonder how he would have finished this epic tale, as will every one else who ever read his books, my condolances to his loved ones, god bless to you all
