Combines the fear of contagious disease/plague (The Andromeda Strain, Year of Wonders, The Doomsday Book) with the noir future in Cates' world. I just wonder if Robert Rodriquez, Quentin Tarantino, or Ridley Scott will pick up the film options. Well worth the wait.
