Since I’m not into scf-fi, the Hamiliton doesn’t excite me, but the Weeks and Parker sure look nice :) Bring on October!

Is the Parker book the first Hardcover for Orbit in the US?

Hi Jeff – Parker isn’t our first Hardcover here, (That was The Ashes of Worlds, by Kevin Anderson) but it’s the first time we’ve published Parker in Hardcover.

    Thanks, Alex.

Do you think you will be publishing more books in hardcover as times goes on, or will trade paperback still be the primary large-format? I would like to start an informal petition to get all of the Ruckley books in hardcover..maybe in time for the 3rd book next Spring. Heck I would event take an SFBC edition if thats what it takes to get hardcover retroactively :)

Oh that new jacket for The Reality Dysfunction looks incredible! As does Brent Week’s book, very cool. :-) Send some to SA, so that I don’t have to wait three months? ;-)

Great – I’m very excited about Reality Dysfunction and glad to see it’s out this month! I’ve heard a lot of good things about that one.
