I say, Ms. Tarabotti is indeed correct on the culinary delight of xmas pud – as a denizen of a former British colony (Trinidad and Tobago) I highly recommend Angostura rum soaked fruit cake, accompanied by a glass of punch a creme (recipe here – .
Perhaps after a few glasses, the goose may seem a bit friendlier, if not, let’s put it a nice curry. Merry Xmas.
