About Anna Gregson
I’m the editorial assistant at Orbit UK. I graduated from University College London in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in French and Spanish and then, feeling the need for another juicy hit of literary studies, went straight on to study a masters in Latin American Literature at Kings College London. Therefore I spent most of 2006-2007 arguing about the complex metaphysical conundrums of Jorge Luis Borges’ fantastical labyrinths (and eating crisps in front of Richard and Judy). After finishing my masters I worked for the literary agency Pollinger Limited, before joining Orbit at the end of February 2008. In my spare time I sing and play bass, gigging from time to time in seedy London nightspots. I also run my own twice-monthly acoustic music event, to allow people to come wail their woes away with a guitar on a dreary Monday night.
