About Darren Nash
I joined Orbit as Senior Editor in 2004 and became Editorial Director in July 2006, when Tim moved to New York to begin work on the global Orbit Empire. Before Orbit, I was at Simon & Schuster in a number of capacities, most recently as editor of the Earthlight imprint. Before that, I was at Random House Australia. Any earlier is classified: I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. I'm a lifelong reader of SF & Fantasy, but I don't limit my geekness to just those venerable fields: comics, TV, football, cricket, beer, movies, whisky, comedy — I can bore you on any number of issues. Magic words: Chapin, Clarke, Inconceivable, Leffe, Lillee, Macallan, Python, Tigana, United, Watchmen, Whedon.
