I'm the Senior Editor at Orbit, the new Science Fiction and Fantasy imprint at Hachette Book Group USA. I arrived at Orbit on a bright sunny day in August 2006 from Grand Central Books (formerly Warner Books). Prior to Grand Central, I was at HarperBusiness and William Morrow/Eos. On a daily basis, I like to torture my assistant, mock our marketing director, and continually harass my boss, Tim Holman, with my 'brilliant' ideas. Um. Some of which are brilliant. And some that Tim just laughs at. Currently, I live in Brooklyn in a sunny one bedroom. By sunny, I mean that if you were a vampire, you would love it. I love to cook, mostly Indian food (cause I'm Indian!!!), but I'm experimentally inclined.
