Certain elements remain the same, regardless of the story: there is a van, probably white; sacks of mail, almost certainly stolen; numerical tattoos of equations and formulas; a series of arrests in Charleston, South Carolina, nearly all of them related to a case involving a kidnapped dog called "Franco"; and a female carnival barker named Lena Fedorova, who may or may not be common-law married to the individual in concern.
