To celebrate the release of the much anticipated third title in the Godless World trilogy, Fall of Thanes, Orbit, in conjunction with Brian Ruckley and his hugely popular Winterbirth Facebook page, will be giving away two signed, personalised hardback copies of Fall of Thanes!
The competition will run for two weeks from today and winners will be selected at random on Friday the 8th and Friday the 15th of May.

Seeds of Earth hits bookstores this week and, to celebrate, author Michael Cobley is giving away five free copies of the book on his website.
Seeds of Earth has been getting some great review coverage at BookGeeks, Fantasy Book Critic and Concept SciFi and Mark from Walker of Worlds has just posted an interview with Michael Cobley.
It’s a fantastic story of first contact, a flight for survival and some very big space ships. You can read an extract from Seeds of Earth here.

Blogger Graeme Flory has just reviewed Fiona McIntosh’s Odalisque, which Orbit UK publishes this month. He says of it: “I found myself racing through the book to find out how it ended and now I want to read more. McIntosh has created a cast of characters that get under your skin and stay there; relationships are vividly drawn and made this reader want to work through to their conclusions.” You can read the rest of his review here, and there’s also a competition to win one of ten signed copies.
